1. Definitions

• "TPlanz," "Company," "we," "our," or "us" refers to Moenet LLC doing business as TPlanz.
• "Service" or "Services" means any and all websites, applications, and digital products provided by Moenet LLC under the TPlanz brand.
• "You" or "Your" refers to the individuals or organizations that have created an account with our Service.

No Indirect Damages: Moenet LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
