Why I Built TPlanz

I found it time-consuming to build and maintain quarterly and yearly plans. I had multiple spreadsheets and was constantly sending links to the latest quarterly plan. However, the plan was always changing, leading to people working with outdated documents.

At the end of each quarter, we would reflect on our plans, but sometimes we only had the latest version and had lost the historical data needed for meaningful reflection.

To address these challenges, I'm building TPlanz to help with team resource planning. In addition to team workload planning, TPlanz includes a paid feature for high-level project tracking that bridges the gap between task management and accounting software, connecting your QuickBooks data to your project and time tracking data. This allows you to quickly see where you stand on all your projects.

Financial High-Level View (Premium Feature)

Get quick access to project financial metrics with a high-level project overview tool for architecture and engineering managers. Step above task management and don't get bogged down in the accounting. Use data directly from QuickBooks Desktop, Quickbooks Online, and your time tracking software.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you store any data when using the free workload planner?

No, we do not store your data on our servers when you use the free workload planner. We do however use analytics and session recording, so we will be able to see the data you enter for a short period of time. Our third-party tracking software deletes these sessions on a regular basis.

How do I save?

Your data is automatically saved to your browser. If you clear your browser history, you will lose your data. We offer a paid version that allows you to save without fear of losing all the data you entered. Contact us for the paid version at support@tplanz.com

Do you use any tracking or analytics?

Yes, we use analytics tracking and session recording to improve our product and user experience. This helps us understand how users interact with our platform and make necessary improvements.
